Cancellation policies:

-Cancellation policy for bookings for 1 to 6 days:

We can accept your cancellation without penalty up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no show we reserve the rights to charge a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay

48 hours before your arrival, your debit/credit card gets pre-authorized for the total amount of your stay. At the checkout we complete the preauthorization for the final amount. In case you wish to pay with a different card or by cash, we will cancel the pre-authorization at the moment of the payment.

-Cancellation policy for bookings over 6 days:

We can accept your cancellation without penalty up to 7 days prior your arrival.
In case of late cancellation or no show we reserve the rights to keep a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount. Non refundable deposit is taken 7 days prior your arrival date.

Children policy:

We can accommodate families with children, however if you are planning a stay with children below the age of twelve, you should inform us upon the reservation.

Non- Smoking policy:

We are committed to providing all our customers, employees and visitors a smoke-free environment; therefore all rooms are non smoking. Should this policy be violated we reserve the rights to charge guests a fee to cover the cost of restoring to the room to its smoke free condition.

Pet policy:

We do not allow the pets in our rooms with the exception of guide dogs for the blind or hearing dogs for the deaf.
