Making a reservation is very simple.
When booking we will ask you for your name, billing address, contact number and debit/credit card number, expiry date and CVC to secure the booking. Your reservation will be confirmed via email, subject to card validity checks.
It is vital that you supply valid credit card details because if the preauthorization of the card fails and we are not able to contact you, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
If the reservation is made on behalf of a company or as a gift and card holder will not be present at the check-in/out please download ‘the third party payment form’- link, and submit it with the copy of the card and the signature of the card holder.
We accept following payment methods:
- VISA (Debit, Credit), MasterCard, Maestro (Switch)
- Amex ( an additional charge of 3% of the total is levied)
- Cash- payments accepted only in GBP (Great British Pound)
- Bank transfers (accepted as a method of prepayment, please contact us in order to obtain our bank details and all information required to use this method of the payment)
